We had such an unusual love and romance, so unique and so special. I knew that our row would be a very hard one to hoe, but we loved each other so much, that our love seemed limitless, boundless, perfect. We wanted so much to have the chance to show not only the world, but each other, that we had the chops to make this very special, very unique love last. Well, as you and I both know, we didn’t. But make no mistake my sweet little sissy, the end of our love was never, ever about not loving each other. Our love met its fate because we were too far outside of the mainstream. Our love was too odd. We were way ahead of our time and that would be the death of ‘us.’” As Mommy Mistress said these words, she wiped away a tear and ordered a refill on her coffee. She drew in a very choppy breath, and looked in the middle distance for what seemed like a long, long time. She was gathering her thoughts. Finally, she looked very slowly at the little sissy boy sitting next to her, and it was as if she were drawn back into the vortex of the story all over again, with that one look.
