Well it seems I am on the topic of fitness and health. That’s good! I’ve talked a bit about healthy eating, although I could talk about it a lot more. But now I’d like to give you some tips on how to get fitness into your busy day. It’s a wonderful idea, if you don’t have one to get yourself a pedometer.  With pedometer you can measure how many steps you take in a day. It doesn’t really matter how fit you are now just where it on a normal day and see how many steps you take. Then, you can challenge yourself to increase her steps just a little bit more each day. Now I know some of you are probably thinking, how many steps should I be taking?  Well they say, between 8 to 12,000 steps is a very good range in order to stay fit.  But you know, if you currently lead a sedentary life in the steps that you take better, more than the steps you took yesterday is better. And let’s just say that you do a lot of walking for your profession. If you do, then you’re going to want to increase your amount of walking each day until you are walking more than you normally do.  If you can set your watch to go off once in our work you have a little alarmed that you can set either on your computer or your desk or he might need to get up and do some walking. Go talk to someone instead of sending them an e-mail.
